If the developer has to leave his coding flow and start Office (wait for a minute), where is the f***ing template with our company ci. And so on and on. Just make it easy.
Put some (wiki)files in you project and use docbook/xsl-fo do generate fancy pdfs. (In Eclipse use the wikitext plugin from mylin. Its so awesome!)</description>
